A) Our Network

Our network is our main strength: most of the candidates we place in positions offered by Liantis are already known. If the ideal candidate is not part of it, then an in-depth search is set up. Our search, in this sense, is proactive. We communicate honestly, both about hesitations regarding certain candidates and the certainty of a match between the company and the candidate.

B) Working by Region

Our Hunters are regionalized. They know the peculiarities of their preferred region well and work extensively in the field, allowing them to better understand the sought profiles. Regional specificities matter: someone from Brussels may not necessarily match the profile sought in Namur. In the case of Liantis, Benjamine was best placed for Wallonia.

C) Supporting Candidates

The candidate is treated with as much respect as the company we support. In this sense, we are partners of Liantis, but also of all the people who have joined the team. Thanks to our database and network of profiles in the sales, marketing, and HR sectors (and beyond through our HR Partner solution), we have proposed candidates spontaneously to Liantis. We knew them beforehand, and they matched the sought profile in every way: such is the case for the position of Wallonia director for the social insurance fund and the business counter for independent entrepreneurs, which only an expert profile could occupy, and which is quite rare on the market. This person is now delighted to fulfill this function!

We also took the time to analyze atypical profiles, whose aspirations and soft skills have brought freshness to the company: such is the case for a Key Account Risk Solutions manager with very specific knowledge of public markets who wished to relocate to their region from Brussels.
