You are a candidate


As a job seeker or freelancer, your personal data such as name, address, contact details, birth details, marital status, gender, passport photo, nationality, INSZ number, work permit and residence document, CV (curriculum vitae) and professional and personal achievements and interests are registered with Heads & Hunters NV.

We have received this information through your registration at one of our offices, because we have contacted you or through your registration on our website. At that time we ask you and give your explicit permission to Heads & Hunters NV to use this information to find you a suitable job and to further inform you about our extensive services.

Heads & Hunters NV will not forward your personal data except for the above purposes.

Your data will be kept for 5 years after the last contact, unless you indicate that you wish to delete your data earlier. You will receive a message from us to extend this period if desired.

If you were employed by Heads & Hunters NV at one of our clients, we are obliged to keep additional data in connection with legal or tax audits in accordance with the applicable regulations.


You are a company 


As a company you are regularly looking for excellent employees or freelancers.  We have obtained your data because they are publicly available or because you have instructed us at a certain time to look for one or more candidates. Heads & Hunters NV has therefore stored your name, contact details such as work address, telephone number or email address and title in our customer base.

We believe it is in your and our legitimate interest to keep you informed about job seekers qualified for you and about our extensive services. Your data is accessible to our consultants and will only be used in the context of the above objectives. We keep your data for as long as there is a contractual, tax or accounting obligation.


You are one of our suppliers


As a supplier, we process your personal data in order to fulfill our contractual obligations. This mainly concerns contact details such as name, telephone number and/or email address to facilitate communication. If certain contact details are no longer correct, we ask you to inform us of this.

We keep your data as long as there is a contractual, tax or accounting obligation.


Your data


Your personal data is stored on a secure IT platform and can be consulted by our consultants. Heads & Hunters NV has deployed the necessary administrative, physical and technological resources to guarantee your privacy. This platform is managed and optimized together with a number of third parties.

Heads & Hunters NV has entered into an agreement with all these third parties in order to always guarantee your privacy.

Under no circumstances will your data leave European territory.


Your rights as an individual


You have the right to request and amend your personal data and the right to no longer be contacted or even deleted from our files, as long as there are no contractual, tax or accounting obligations that prevent us from doing so.
